As I have mentioned before on a previous post, I LOVE TO RANT ABOUT STUFF!
Today's subject: The French Language
Rant: So two summers ago I went to Paris, France. Paris its self is an overrated as a city. So to the language itself. All of French is spelled wrong!!! the word mont, is phonetically pronounced mon. WHAT THE HELL. What kind of language writes their language to make it sound nothing like its spelled!!!!!!! ALSO, Why would people ever think that its a romance language? Most of the language sounds like someone vomiting 4 year old cheese and a $2.00 bottle of NASCAR Merlot.
Thank you for putting up with me and more rants will come (some will be from my friends David; a rant on S-chip that I think is really good).

Umm about it being a romance language... A romance language doesn't mean it's romantic, it means it is largely based off of latin, which was spoken in Rome, hence romantic. French, Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian are the four romance languages.
romanian is also a romance language. and french is commonly refered to as the "most romantic" of the romance languages. and thank u for the compliment.
